Ex-Registered Nurse turned Trauma Informed Master Certified Holistic Wellness Coach
Hey everyone I’m Sandra, and I’ve been right where you are.
I spent hours in sessions with people as both a nurse and a Holistic Wellness Coach noticing the gaps in my capacity to truly help support people through their deep emotional pain and shame trauma.
As a coach it was the moral distress I experienced as a nurse happening all over again.
Seeing the needs of my clients to go deep and get to the root cause of their challenges, unwind their conditioned negative shame beliefs and release their years of repressed and suppressed emotional trauma baggage BUT feeling ill equipped and limited in how I could do so.
So, I decided to change that.
I have spent years exploring body based modalities and navigating my own trauma healing journey and translating that learning into a coaching practice that opens the opportunity to go deep with my clients, get to the root cause, unwind and unravel the web of shame beliefs, and find powerful freedom from the extensive traumatic emotional loads we are all carrying.
